ONE ROOM REDESIGN

If you are ready for a new look and want a more complete solution, this is your package:

• it starts with my client questionnaire so I can get to know you and what makes you tick (and anyone else who lives with you)

• initial walk-thru of space to take measurements of room and furniture that is staying

• concept board to make sure we are sharing the same vision for your space

• color palette selection

• floor plan with furniture suggestions and room renderings

• selection of art, accessories, lighting, area rugs and window coverings

• detailed product list with ordering information and prices

• on-site installation management and staging of accessories

starting at $1,200 per room

E-DESIGN PACKAGE

This package is perfect for the do-it-yourself crowd. I will give you everything you need to turn that blah, boring
room into the favorite room in your house. In fact, your other rooms will be so jealous, they'll want this package too:

• you provide photos, room measurements and completed client questionnaire

• we then schedule a virtual consultation through Zoom

• 2nd Zoom call to discuss concept board to make sure we are on the right track

  After first two virtual meetings you will receive the following:

• concept board & room rendering

• floor plan

• color palette selection

• detailed shopping list including furniture, lighting, accessories, area rugs and window coverings

• designer notes & instructions to finish the room

• available for local & out-of-state clients

$750 per room

CUSTOM DESIGN
